In this colorful MUTTS comic with a nod to Dr. Seuss' Cat in the Hat, Mooch and Earl are seated in red chairs looking out a window at the rain pouring outside. Mooch says, "The sun's not shining." Earl replies, "It's too wet to play."

Then Earl adds, "Hey, maybe a cat will come in and stand on a ball and juggle a cake and your fish on a rake! Fly a kite, bump, thump, and oh, yes, make a big mess!" Mooch replies, "Heck. I can do that."
